Who can take part
- You must have newly diagnosed, stage IVA nasopharyngeal cancer of a specific type (non-keratinizing) that has spread to lymph nodes but not to other parts of the body.
- You should be in reasonably good health, able to perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0-1).
- Your age must be between 18 and 70 years.
- You must not have had prior cancer treatment like chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy.
- You must not have any active autoimmune disease or a history of certain autoimmune conditions.
- You must not have active hepatitis B or C infection, HIV, or active tuberculosis.
