Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension through a heart catheterization procedure.
  • You can walk on your own for at least 100 meters (about the length of a football field) without help.
  • Your symptoms are mild to moderate (not severe) at the time of joining.
  • You are willing to wear a small sensor on your wrist for 7 days.
  • You have a follow-up visit scheduled in 3, 6, or 12 months.
  • You have not been in the hospital for a lung problem in the last 30 days.
