  • Age 18–75 years old
  • Advanced or metastatic solid tumor (colorectal or pancreatic cancer) that has failed prior standard treatments
  • Tumor carries one of the specific genetic mutations (KRAS, PIK3CA, TP53, BRAF, or FBXW7 changes)
  • You have the genetic marker HLA-A*11:01
  • Good overall health and organ function (blood counts, liver, kidney, heart)
  • At least one measurable tumor on imaging; expected to live at least 3 months
