- You have a condition affecting your pituitary or hypothalamus, like a hormone deficiency or signs of hypothalamus damage.
- Your hormone levels have been stable and well-managed in the last 6 months.
- You are not taking any new psychiatric medications or using them occasionally.
- You do not have serious liver, lung, kidney, heart, or brain conditions (like stroke, dementia, or uncontrolled seizures).
- You do not have uncontrolled diabetes or active psychosis.
- You have vision of 20/40 or better in at least one eye, no glaucoma, uveitis, or recent eye surgery.
