Who can take part
- You have a spinal implant for lower-limb movement (a specific type of spinal array), confirmed by imaging/video/nerve recordings
- You are age 18 to 65
- Your spinal cord injury has been present for at least 12 months, caused by trauma, and affects T10 or higher (with conus function preserved)
- Your injury severity must fall into the AIS A, B, C, or D category
- You must be able to understand and communicate with the team in French or English and attend study visits
- You must agree to follow all study rules and sign informed consent before any study procedures
