Who can take part

  • You had hip surgery (for arthritis, hip fracture, or other conditions).
  • You are at least 2 days after surgery and stable enough to start rehabilitation.
  • You can sit on the edge of a bed and stand with or without help for 10 seconds.
  • You have a memory/thinking test score of 20 or higher (Korean Mini-Mental).
  • You do not have open wounds, active infections, or severe pain at the surgical site.
