Who can take part

  • You have a new blockage in the main left heart artery that also involves its first branch (confirmed on an angiogram).
  • The blockage has not been treated before with a stent or balloon.
  • You are medically stable at the time of the procedure.
  • You are able to take blood-thinning medicines (dual antiplatelet therapy) as directed for at least two years.
  • You agree to attend follow-up visits for two years after the procedure.
