- You are a man between 18 and 44 years old.
- You are moderately active (above the minimum but below the maximum on a physical activity questionnaire).
- You have no blood clotting disorders or history of deep vein thrombosis.
- You have no leg injury in the past year that limited your movement.
- You do not smoke and are not on certain medications (like Viagra, antacids, or heart meds).
- You have no heart condition or chest pain when active.
