Who can take part
- You have Lynch syndrome caused by a specific gene change (MLH1, MSH2, or MSH6).
- You have never had invasive cancer (skin cancer that is not melanoma is okay).
- Your colon can be reached with a scope for biopsies.
- You agree to get a colonoscopy with biopsies every 1-2 years as part of standard care.
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your kidneys and liver function are within normal limits, and your blood counts are adequate.
- You are willing to avoid high-dose aspirin or anti-inflammatory drugs during the study.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the first year after treatment.
