Who can take part
- You have a confirmed gene change (called a germline pathogenic variant) in MLH1, MSH2, or MSH6 that causes Lynch syndrome.
- Your age must be between 35 and 75 for certain gene changes, or 40 to 75 for others.
- You must not have had any cancer related to Lynch syndrome (except in some cases with MSH6 where you have been cancer-free for 1 year or more).
- You have a specific immune system type (HLA-A02:01), which will be determined by blood test.
- You must be willing to undergo a colonoscopy within 16 weeks before the study starts.
- You do not have any autoimmune disease (like lupus) or use strong immune-suppressing drugs.
