Study of ABSK043 plus Glecirasib for advanced NSCLC

Who can take part

  • Must be 18 or older with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be surgically removed
  • Must have a KRAS G12C mutation in your tumor or blood
  • For some groups, your tumor must show PD-L1 expression (a protein that helps cancer hide from the immune system) in at least 1% of cells
  • Must have had no more than two prior lines of standard treatment for advanced disease
  • Must be well enough to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0-1)
  • Must not have untreated or active brain metastases, active lung inflammation, or uncontrolled heart disease
