Who can take part

  • You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread.
  • Your tumor has a specific EGFR mutation (L858R or exon 19 deletion) shown in a gene test.
  • Your cancer has at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • Your tumor is PD-L1 positive (at least 1% of cells express PD-L1).
  • For some groups: you have either never had treatment for advanced lung cancer, OR your cancer grew after an EGFR inhibitor.
  • You do not have severe organ problems, active brain metastasis, or a history of lung inflammation (interstitial lung disease).
