Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 25.
  • You do not smoke or use nicotine products.
  • You drink 5 or fewer alcoholic drinks per week and 3 or fewer caffeinated drinks per day.
  • You usually sleep 7 to 9 hours each night and score less than 8 on a sleep problem questionnaire.
  • You speak German, have normal hearing (for the sleep part), and can give written consent.
