- You are 18 years or older
- You are enrolled in the Intensive Outpatient Program at Another Chance Drug & Alcohol Rehab Center in Portland, Oregon
- You have been diagnosed with opioid use disorder
- You have been diagnosed with alcohol use disorder
- You are not pregnant
- You can speak and understand English
- You are not currently taking benzodiazepines or anti-seizure medications
- You are not in active withdrawal from alcohol or opioids
- You do not have a history of seizures, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or mania
