This study tests a dietary supplement called Avnace eZZe to see if it helps improve sleep in adults with insomnia. You may be able to join if you have a diagnosis of insomnia and are not currently using sleep aids.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a doctor's diagnosis of insomnia (trouble falling or staying asleep).
- Your insomnia is moderate to severe (for example, a score of 15 or higher on the Insomnia Severity Index).
- You haven't taken any sleep or stress supplements for at least 4 weeks before the study.
- You're not pregnant or breastfeeding, and if you could become pregnant, you use an accepted form of birth control.
