Who can take part

  • You must be at least 50 years old.
  • You must have either mild cognitive impairment or mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease.
  • You must have a family member or friend who can help with study visits (study partner).
  • You cannot be taking nitrates (like nitroglycerin) or certain other heart medications.
  • You cannot have had a heart attack, stroke, or major heart problems recently.
  • Women who could become pregnant are not eligible.
