Who can take part
- You must be at least 50 years old.
- You must have either mild cognitive impairment or mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease.
- You must have a family member or friend who can help with study visits (study partner).
- You cannot be taking nitrates (like nitroglycerin) or certain other heart medications.
- You cannot have had a heart attack, stroke, or major heart problems recently.
