Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old and have a tracheostomy tube.
- You have been in a state of reduced consciousness (like a coma or vegetative state) for more than 28 days.
- You have been off a breathing machine for at least 48 hours.
- You do not have any active severe infection or organ failure, and any lung infection is under control.
- A legal representative must agree in writing for you to participate.
