Who can take part
- You have advanced or metastatic stomach or gastroesophageal cancer that is HER2-positive (a specific protein on cancer cells) and PD-L1-positive (another protein that helps cancer hide from the immune system).
- You have not had prior treatment for advanced or metastatic disease, but prior adjuvant or neoadjuvant therapy is allowed if it ended at least 6 months ago.
- You are 18 years or older and have a good performance status (able to care for yourself).
- Your liver, kidney, and blood cell counts are within acceptable ranges as defined by blood tests.
- You do not have untreated brain metastases, active autoimmune disease, or serious uncontrolled infections.
