Who can take part
- You must have gastric, colorectal, or gastroesophageal junction cancer that is HER2-positive (a protein on the cancer cells).
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You must be in generally good health, able to do daily activities without much help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- For advanced colorectal cancer, you must have tried at least one prior chemotherapy regimen that didn't work.
- You must have adequate organ function (kidneys, liver, blood counts) as shown by blood tests.
- Women who can become pregnant must have a negative pregnancy test and use effective birth control during the study and for 4 months after.
