Who can take part

  • You had a kidney transplant at least 3 months ago.
  • Your kidney function is at least 25 ml/min (determined by a blood test).
  • You have high blood pressure (≥130/80 mmHg) when checked at the clinic.
  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You are not pregnant and do not plan to become pregnant.
  • You eat most of your meals at home, not at restaurants or cafeterias.
