Who can take part
- You are between 2 and 70 years old.
- You have a brain tumor that came back or didn't go away after standard treatment.
- You are able to care for yourself (performance status 60 or higher).
- You are expected to live more than 3 months.
- Your blood counts and liver/kidney function are within acceptable ranges.
- You are not taking more than 4 mg/day of dexamethasone (a steroid).
