This study uses heart MRI scans to find unrecognized heart failure in people who have risk factors like diabetes, kidney disease, high blood pressure, or obesity but haven't been diagnosed with heart failure yet. If you join, you will help researchers learn how common hidden heart failure is and take an important step for your own heart health.

Who can take part
- You are between 40 and 69 years old.
- You have at least one heart risk factor: diabetes, kidney disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, or being a smoker (current or past).
- You have never been told you have heart failure or a weak heart pump.
- You are able to have an MRI scan (no pacemaker, defibrillator, or metal in eyes; not claustrophobic).
- You are willing to provide written consent to participate.
