Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have multiple myeloma that has come back or is not responding to treatment, and you have tried at least one immunomodulatory drug, one proteasome inhibitor, and one anti-CD38 antibody.
  • You must be able to have your blood cells collected for making the CAR-T cells.
  • Your liver, kidney, and blood counts are within certain limits.
  • You do not have active infections like hepatitis B, C, or HIV.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to donate sperm during the study and for 3 months after treatment.
