Who can take part

  • You are active enough to be up and about for at least part of the day (ECOG 0-2).
  • You are able to complete the study's scanning schedule.
  • You are scheduled to receive radiation therapy (radiotherapy).
  • If you have head and neck cancer, you must have already had a PET/CT scan as part of your diagnosis.
  • You cannot be pregnant or have had prior radiation or surgery to the same area now being treated.
  • You must not have allergies or other health issues that would prevent you from safely receiving contrast dye or having an MRI.
