Who can take part

  • You have advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or treated with radiation.
  • Your tumor has a rare EGFR mutation called a PACC mutation (confirmed by local testing of tumor tissue or blood).
  • You have not had any previous cancer treatment for your advanced lung cancer, including no prior EGFR inhibitors.
  • If you had chemo, immunotherapy, or radiation after surgery for earlier-stage cancer, it must have been at least 12 months ago.
  • Cancer that has spread to the brain is okay as long as it is not causing symptoms.
