Who can take part
- You have advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or treated with radiation.
- Your tumor has a rare EGFR mutation called a PACC mutation (confirmed by local testing of tumor tissue or blood).
- You have not had any previous cancer treatment for your advanced lung cancer, including no prior EGFR inhibitors.
- If you had chemo, immunotherapy, or radiation after surgery for earlier-stage cancer, it must have been at least 12 months ago.
- Cancer that has spread to the brain is okay as long as it is not causing symptoms.
