Who can take part
- You have stage III non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery
- Your cancer has an uncommon EGFR mutation (not the common ones like 19del, L858R, or T790M)
- You have not had any prior cancer treatment for this stage of your lung cancer
- You are age 18 or older and in generally good health (ECOG score 0 or 1)
- You do not have other serious health problems like uncontrolled infection, heart issues, or lung scarring
- You are able to swallow pills and attend follow-up visits
