Who can take part
- You are a woman between 18 and 45 years old.
- You have regular menstrual cycles lasting between 21 and 35 days.
- You have been diagnosed with PMDD or severe PMS, with symptoms confirmed through daily ratings over two cycles.
- You have had these symptoms for most of your cycles (more than 9 out of 12) in the past year.
- You understand German well enough to follow study instructions.
- You are willing to avoid driving or heavy machinery during treatment days and to limit alcohol, smoking, and avoid other drugs.
- You are using effective birth control and are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy.
