Who can take part
- Age 16 or older
- Severe premenstrual symptoms (PMS or PMDD) confirmed by screening
- Current sleep difficulties (trouble falling/staying asleep)
- Regular menstrual cycle (every 25–35 days)
- Access to a smartphone or tablet with internet to answer daily questions
- English fluency and able to read at grade 8 level or higher
