Who can take part
- You are 18 or older with B-cell ALL that has measurable residual disease (small amount of leukemia still present) despite being in remission.
- You are physically active enough to be up and about at least half the day (ECOG score 0, 1, or 2).
- Your kidneys and liver are working well enough (creatinine ≤ 1.6, bilirubin ≤ 3.5, and liver enzymes ≤ 5 times the normal upper limit).
- If you could become pregnant or father a child, you agree to use highly effective birth control during the study and for 4 months after the last dose.
- You do not have active cancer in the brain or spine, a history of certain brain conditions (like seizures or stroke), or active graft-versus-host disease after a stem cell transplant.
