MRI Lung Airway Study for Cystic Fibrosis

Who can take part

  • You are between 6 and 18 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with cystic fibrosis (CF).
  • You can perform a breathing test (spirometry) reliably.
  • You have not used new oral or inhaled antibiotics in the last 3 weeks.
  • You are not severely claustrophobic (fear of small spaces).
  • You are not currently using oxygen therapy.
