This trial compares two ways to test blood flow in the heart arteries: one uses a medicine called nitroglycerin, and the other uses salt water. It may help people with partial blockages (50-90%) in their heart arteries, especially if they have not had a recent serious heart attack.

Who can take part
- You have a heart artery blockage that is between 50% and 90% narrowed.
- If you had a heart attack (ST elevation type) in the last 5 days, only the artery that caused the blockage but is not the main one can be tested.
- You do not have very low blood pressure (below 90 mmHg) that lasts more than 5 minutes during testing.
- Your resting heart rate is not below 50 beats per minute.
- You do not have unstable heart failure that makes it hard to lie flat or causes shock.
- You do not have a sudden flare-up of asthma or COPD.
