This study is a registry for people with a subdural hematoma (a blood collection on the surface of the brain) who are planning to have a procedure to block one of the arteries in the scalp. The registry will track how these patients do over time.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 98 years old.
- You have a certain type of subdural hematoma (blood collection on the brain) seen on a head CT done in the last 14 days.
- The blood collection is at least 10 mm thick on one side, or if on both sides, only one needs treatment and the other is smaller than 5 mm.
- You are willing to sign a consent form to participate and share your health information.
