Who can take part
- You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread or can't be cured with surgery or radiation.
- Your tumor has a KRAS G12C mutation, which can be found with a standard genetic test on a blood or tissue sample.
- You have already been treated with a KRAS G12C inhibitor (like sotorasib or adagrasib) and it stopped working.
- You have received at least 1 but no more than 3 prior lines of cancer treatment.
- You are age 18 or older and have a good activity level (ECOG 0 or 1, meaning you can do daily activities without help).
- You have stopped other cancer treatments or radiation at least 2 weeks (or 1 week for radiation) before starting this study.
