Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 60 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with MASLD (fatty liver linked to metabolic issues like obesity or insulin resistance).
- You do not have other causes of fatty liver, such as hepatitis B or C, or alcohol-related liver disease.
- You do not drink more than 14 drinks per week (if you are a woman) or 21 drinks per week (if you are a man).
- You have not had cirrhosis (advanced liver scarring) or liver failure complications.
- You have not taken certain diabetes or liver medications in the past 3 months, and you have not had weight-loss surgery in the past 2 years.
