  • Your symptoms are moderate as measured by the SARA scale (between 10 and 20 points).
  • You have a stable internet connection and a device (like a computer or tablet) you can use for online sessions.
  • You are comfortable using basic digital tools (like video calls or apps).
  • You can safely exercise without serious health risks (your doctor agrees).
  • You have no severe memory or thinking problems that would make it hard to follow the program.
