This trial studies whether a home exercise program is safe and helpful for people with certain neurodegenerative conditions, including X-linked adrenoleukodystrophy and DARS2-related disease, as well as some other similar diagnoses. You would be asked to do exercises at home and be assessed on your walking and strength/safety.

Who can take part
- You have a specific diagnosis such as X-linked adrenoleukodystrophy, confirmed by genetic or blood test
- Or you have DARS2-related disease (leukoencephalopathy affecting brainstem/spinal cord), confirmed by genetic testing
- If you have cerebellar ataxia, your condition must be from stroke, tumor, degeneration, or a genetically confirmed cerebellar disorder
- You can stand for 30 seconds without holding on with your arms
- You can walk at least 2 minutes, with or without a cane or walker
- You do not have major uncontrolled medical or safety problems (like uncontrolled blood pressure, seizures, severe balance inner-ear loss, dementia, or pregnancy)
