Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You must have rheumatoid arthritis (RA) with moderate-to-severe symptoms unresponsive to at least two previous biologic or targeted treatments.
  • Alternatively, you must have lupus (SLE) with moderate-to-severe activity unresponsive to three or more standard therapies.
  • Must have certain autoantibodies (like RF or ACPA for RA, or ANA for SLE).
  • Cannot have serious infections, a history of certain autoimmune diseases, or be pregnant.
