Who can take part
- You must be between 2 and 90 years old.
- You must weigh more than 12 kg (about 26 pounds).
- You must have a confirmed change in the CYP24A1 gene (one or two copies).
- You may or may not have had kidney stones or calcium buildup in the kidneys in the past.
- You must be able to collect your urine for 24 hours and spend a full day at the hospital for the study.
