Who can take part

  • You are 40 years old or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.
  • You have not had a heart attack, stroke, or other heart event.
  • You do not have other conditions like thyroid problems, Cushing's disease, PCOS, heart failure, liver or kidney disease, or cancer.
  • You are not taking steroids, birth control pills, certain mental health medications, or epilepsy drugs.
  • You do not have physical deformities that affect body measurements.
