This study tests an investigational cell therapy called GT801 for people whose CD19-positive blood cancer (B-ALL, CLL, or B-NHL) or autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) has not responded to standard treatments. The therapy is made from your own immune cells, modified to target and destroy cancer cells or abnormal immune cells.

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have a CD19-positive B-cell blood cancer (like B-ALL, CLL, or B-NHL) or autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) that has come back or not responded to at least two prior treatments.
  • Your cancer cells must test positive for CD19 (a protein marker) – not needed if you have AIHA.
  • You must be generally well enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1) – not needed if you have AIHA.
  • You have not had a stroke, severe heart problems, or uncontrolled high blood pressure or diabetes in the last 6 months.
