Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 60 years old.
- You have either obesity with type 2 diabetes, obesity without type 2 diabetes, or are a healthy-weight person without diabetes.

- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and have not used a colonoscopy prep in the last month.
