  • You had a stroke for the first time, between 1 and 6 months ago.
  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • Your arm or hand weakness is at a moderate level (not too mild or too severe).
  • You are able to follow instructions and have no major vision or hearing problems.
  • You do not have metal implants, a pacemaker, or a skull defect.
  • You have no history of epilepsy, brain tumor, or serious head injury.
