Who can take part

  • You must have moderate to severe thyroid eye disease (TED).
  • Your TED must be 'active' — meaning it's causing symptoms now (your doctor can confirm this).
  • You must agree to use effective birth control if you are able to have children.
  • You cannot have been treated with certain other drugs for TED recently, like steroids or immune-suppressing medications.
  • You cannot have serious eye problems in the study eye that could get in the way of the results.

Extended Treatment for Thyroid Eye Disease Non-Responders
