Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with moderate to severe thyroid eye disease with symptoms lasting between 1 and 10 years
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- Your eyes do not need immediate surgery and you are not planning eye surgery during the study
- If diabetic, your blood sugar must be well-controlled and stable
- You have not received steroid treatments for your eyes within the past 4 weeks
- You agree to use reliable birth control if you can have children, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding
