This study offers continued treatment with MHB018A for patients with thyroid eye disease (swelling and bulging of the eyes from thyroid problems) who either didn't improve enough after 24 weeks of treatment or whose symptoms came back. The goal is to see if more treatment can help reduce eye bulging and other symptoms.

Who can take part

  • You completed 24 weeks of treatment in a previous MHB018A study (either P-301 or P-302)
  • Your eye bulging either didn't improve much (less than 2 mm reduction) or got worse in the other eye after the first 24 weeks
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • You don't need emergency eye surgery right now and won't have eye surgery during the study
  • Your thyroid hormone levels are within acceptable range (not more than 50% above or below normal)
  • If diabetic, your diabetes is well-controlled; if of childbearing age, you agree to use reliable birth control
