Who can take part
- You completed 24 weeks of treatment in a previous MHB018A study (either P-301 or P-302)
- Your eye bulging either didn't improve much (less than 2 mm reduction) or got worse in the other eye after the first 24 weeks
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You don't need emergency eye surgery right now and won't have eye surgery during the study
- Your thyroid hormone levels are within acceptable range (not more than 50% above or below normal)
- If diabetic, your diabetes is well-controlled; if of childbearing age, you agree to use reliable birth control
