  • Be age 18 or older
  • Have MAC confirmed by sputum (phlegm) tests: at least 2 positive MAC cultures in the last 12 months
  • Have at least one AFB-positive sputum sample within 12 weeks before starting
  • Have bronchiectasis seen on a chest CT scan (or bronchiectasis-type findings)
  • Be able to consent and follow the study plan
