Who can take part

  • You are between 45 and 75 years old.
  • You have had Parkinson's disease for more than 10 years.
  • You have moderate to advanced Parkinson's (Hoehn and Yahr stage 3 or 4 when off medication).
  • Your movement symptoms (MDS-UPDRS Part III score) are above 40 when off medication.
  • You have at least a 30% improvement in movement symptoms after taking levodopa.
  • You have not had brain surgery (like deep brain stimulation) or prior gene/cell therapy.
