Who can take part
- You have advanced bladder cancer, lung cancer, head and neck cancer, cervical cancer, stomach or esophageal cancer, endometrial cancer, or triple-negative breast cancer.
- Standard treatments are no longer working, or you cannot take them due to side effects or medical reasons.
- Your tumor can be measured with scans (RECIST criteria).
- Your organs (like kidneys, liver, and bone marrow) are working well enough on lab tests.
- You have not had more than one prior treatment that targets Nectin-4.
- You do not have severe nerve damage (peripheral neuropathy) from previous treatments.
