This trial tests a new treatment using specially engineered immune cells (CAR T cells) from a past stem cell donor to attack cancer cells in people with certain types of T-cell cancers that have returned after a stem cell transplant. Who can take part

  • You must have a type of T-cell cancer like T-ALL, T-LL, or certain T-cell lymphomas that has come back after a stem cell transplant.
  • Your past stem cell donor must be able to give blood to make the new immune cells.
  • You must be able to receive another stem cell transplant if this treatment works.
  • Your cancer cells must have a protein called CD7 on at least 20% of them.
  • You must be 75 years old or younger.
  • You must have a special type of immune cell line available in case of a viral infection.
