Who can take part
- Age 50 to 80 years old if you have early Alzheimer's disease (or any adult if you are healthy)
- Have a diagnosis of early Alzheimer's disease with supportive test results (blood, spinal fluid, or brain scan)
- Not taking certain Alzheimer's drugs like lecanemab or donanemab, or have not taken them in the past
- Have a caregiver or study partner who is 18 or older and can come to visits
- Body mass index between 18 and 35
- Be willing to use effective birth control (if applicable)
- Be generally healthy without serious heart, liver, kidney, or other conditions
- No HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C infection
- No allergies to the study drug or its ingredients
